I ordered some earrings on 15.01.23 and since then, nada. I've sent three emails because they were meant to be a gift, but I haven't heard a peep back. Just silence.

Watch out for this company. I had a similar issue with my previous order in summer '22 - they reached out a month later to say sorry for the hold-up. "It was an error"...

Clearly, this error is a recurring theme. And now, they won't even respond.

I bought a set of makeup brushes, and it’s been nearly two weeks since I made the purchase. Looks like it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Two weeks just to get an order processed? Totally not okay. I reached out to customer support, but no response at all. Just terrible.

I was really pleased with the watch I got, even though I had to fork over a hefty duty to get it (not the company's fault, but needing to return it complicates things). I adore the design and was thrilled when it arrived, but I was super bummed to see that the front of the face had a scratch! I really don’t want to shell out another 20 bucks plus shipping just to try and get a replacement, especially after already paying a big import fee. It’s such a letdown to receive it like this, and I feel like there’s not much I can do unless I spend even more.
